Hi! I'm Charlene Dill
I'm a business consultant who teaches aspiring business entrepreneurs the “how to’s” to help bring their goals from vision to reality. Helping and encouraging others to achieve great success gives me endless purpose.
In addition to helping others achieve their goals, I've served on many Boards of Directors and championed several impactful ventures. I'm a Virtual Advisor to challenged business start ups and have developed six thrift stores in as many years for charitable and community causes in Atlantic Canada. As a successful business owner and developer in the non-profit world, I was extremely proud to be nominated for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
If it wasn’t for Charlene Dill, there wouldn’t be a Mission Mart! For years I wanted to build a social enterprise as an additional revenue stream for Souls Harbour Rescue Mission. It was Charlene’s industry knowledge from building a 17,000 square foot facility from the ground to her HR expertise in hiring our first crew of employees, that finally made this dream a reality.
