In addition to helping others achieve their goals, I've served on many Boards of Directors and championed several impactful ventures. I'm a Virtual Advisor to challenged business start ups and have developed six thrift stores in as many years for charitable and community causes in Atlantic Canada. As a successful business owner and developer in the non-profit world, I was extremely proud to be nominated for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Award. |

If it wasn’t for Charlene Dill, there wouldn’t be a Mission Mart! For years I wanted to build a social enterprise as an additional revenue stream for Souls Harbour Rescue Mission.
